Executive chef Les Moules Restaurant a La Gare brasserie was born in and he has been a new member of our team responsible for both of our restaurants Les Moules a La Gare brasserie since February this year.
His experience includes many Prague´s restaurants and hotels, like Brasserie MOZART v Municipal House, FLAMBÉE restaurant, hotels like SAVOY, Marriott ane Radisson. He also worked on a boat by CRYSTAL CRUISES, where he gained a lot of experience with international team of professionals and worked for the most demanding clients.
Every Chef´s dream is to work in France, where the famous cuisine started. Mr. Veltruský´s dream came tru with Mr. Michel Tram and with Mr. Alain Roux in London, both proud owners of 3 Michelin stars, followed by short stays at Sheraton Munich and Marrakech
It was a great honour for us to welcome him in our restaurants Les Moules and a new French brasserie LA GARE with BOUTIQUES GOURMANDES
