Jakub has been working for GARE Restaurants since 2017. He gathered his experience at our sister restaurant La Gare. His passion is working with quality ingredients and discovering new flavors. He loves seafood, so it's no wonder that he shows his culinary skills here. Every day, he uses the space here for his own creativity and thereby elevates the entire restaurant a little further. And that is task number 1 for him, to constantly improve and thus treat you to the best gastronomic experiences.
